H.I.I.T- High Intensity Interval Training


 A form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. 

Offered daily at 8:00AM, 5:30PM & 7:00PM



Come dance your way into fitness.  is a people-inspired fitness program that combines explosive dance movements with body-weight toning. 

MixxedFit classes are taught by Instructor Pamela Ricks.

Rate: $5 per session ( Membership is not required to take any of the classes.)

Sports Skill Development


Offered to Youth ages 7 and up. Specializing in the areas of Basketball, Baseball & Softball, Track and Football.

Individual Rate: $25/hr

Small Group: $20/hr/person

Team Rate: $15/hr/person

Fitness Boot Camp


Our one of a kind, fun, energetic Fitness Boot Camp is over every 1st and Third Saturday of the month. This event is FREE and you will receive a 10% off coupon for your first month when you purchase a membership package.

1st Saturday and 3rd Saturday of each month from 9:00AM-10:00AM

Speed and Agility Training


Specific drills designed to work all leg and core muscles as well as the tendons in your body to help propel you to the top of your game.

Individual Rate: $25/hr/person

Small Group Rate: $20/hr/person

Team Rate: $15/hr/person

Nutrition and Wellness


Learn how food affects your health and how to make better choices to better optimize your fitness goals.

Meal Planning $50 for 30 day meal plan

Meal Preparation 

Meals will be prepared by TaylorMade Fitness and available for pick up each Monday after 5AM at TaylorMade Fitness Center.

All orders must be submitted by no later than noon on Saturday.

Virtual Fitness


Allow TaylorMade Fitness to assist you to reach your personal fitness goal whether you are out of state of on the go. Trainers can now come to you on your desktop, laptop or mobile device. All sessions are 30 minutes.

  • Pre-Recorded  Session $85 Per Week
  • 1-On-1  Session (2X Weekly) $100 Per Week

Mobile Fitness


TaylorMade Mobile Fitness is the perfect option to get fit in the comfort of your own home or at your local gym. Trainers will combine H.I.I.T, cardio, strength training, toning and core to give you the perfect balanced workout.

  • Group Session 2 or More $30 each per session
